Our digital products, including Living in Denmark – Study, Work, and Settle, are supplied as digital content with immediate online access. By completing your purchase and requesting immediate access, you expressly agree that delivery of the digital content begins immediately.
Once access has been provided, your statutory right of withdrawal no longer applies in accordance with applicable EU and Danish consumer legislation relating to digital content supplied electronically. For this reason, purchases of digital products are non-refundable.
If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchased product, contact us at contact@clever-immigrant.com. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue and restore your access as quickly as possible.
